Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened hair care products.
- Wigs, hair extensions, or braids that have been worn, styled, or altered.
- Custom or special orders.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- We’re happy to exchange items for a different style, length, or color (subject to availability).
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene purposes, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used hair care essentials.
- Wigs, braids, or extensions that have been worn, brushed, or altered.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
Return Process

- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
